INSTALLATION:

Account Manager reviews all contract items, introduces the install team, general review of the project takes place and the design work starts. One half of the contracted amount is due at this time.

The project manager will review the total scope of work with the customer. Data collection will begin for the programming of the new switch and peripheral devices. The design will be verified and the equipment ordered. All Bell orders will be reviewed and confirmed at this time. The database will be completed and the switch will be built. All BellSouth services will be tested and the cable plant verification will be started for the new installation.

The switch room will be built out and the equipment will be delivered to the customer's premises. Final database programming changes will be made. No further changes will be made until one week after installation. The database will be inputted into the switch. Training will begin for users and system administration on the live system. The thirty percent progress payment is due on equipment delivery. General installation is completed. Punch list for acceptance started.

American Network Communications personnel will spend one half day with the customer. Punch list completed, the customer will sign acceptance and post install database changes will be planned. Final payment on the equipment is due at this time.

Customer will schedule retraining with the project manager. Final no-cost database changes will be made.

TRAINING
Training is one of the most important issues addressed in the installation of your new Telephone system. American Network Communications takes an active approach to training and your installation Manager will be responsible to assure the following standards are met:
 

 

FOR USERS:

  • Classes will be between 4 and 6 users.
  • User Groups will be trained on live equipment prior to the installation cut over.
  • Voice Mail system is installed users will be trained on their own system.
  • Users get to make all their mistakes before the system is in use.

    FOR ATTENDANTS:
  • Separate classes of no more than two.
  • All call types and transfers will be practiced.
  • Call stacking and distribution will be addressed.
  • Telephone etiquette within customer guidelines.

    FOR ADMINISTRATION:
     

  • Separate user training before the other classes.
  • Help desk type training.
  • System management functions as provided in the administrators handbook.
  • 1-2 Hours of training will be provided prior to installation.
  • 1-2 hours of training will be provided post installation with a "hands on" approach to system changes post install.
